To qualify for Cyprus residency, investors must follow certain criteria. These requirements ensure that applicants make substantial investments and maintain certain standards.

Purchase a new house or apartment (or two properties) from a development company for a minimum of €300,000 plus VAT.
Purchase offices, hotel buildings, shops, or other commercial realty worth at least €300,000; resale properties are eligible.
Provide proof of a secure annual income of at least €50,000. This income is increased by €15,000 for the spouse and €10,000 for each underage family child.
Submit a certificate of ‘no criminal record’ from their country of residence and confirm it remains clean every three years.
Must not be considered a threat to the public order or security of Cyprus.
Hold private medical insurance, in case the applicant and their family are not covered by the General Health System (Gesy).
Visit Cyprus once within the first year to register biometrics and then at least once every two years to maintain residency status.
